1. Introduce your vision
Tell us about your space and what you hope it will become. Your vision drives our design as we dream alongside you. We can’t wait to hear about every feature you require and every detail you desire. Once we receive your response, we will email you within 24 hours to schedule an introductory call and a Discovery Consultation.
2. DISCOVERY CONSULTATION
During the Discovery Consultation, you and our team member will tour your property, sharing and developing ideas. Our representative will identify natural elements that might influence the design, answer all your questions, and work with you to create a budget and timeline for the project.
3. Initial design presentation
Once we complete our strategic drawings, we meet again for a deep-dive into our design. You gain clarity and confidence about every detail of the plan, and the level of investment it requires.
4. Select finishing touches
With the design’s “big picture” established, it’s time to choose specific finishes, textures, shades, and other feature details. Our team will help you access as many samples as you need, and is happy to be a sounding board if you feel stuck or overwhelmed. Customization is our forte, so we are eager to make this series of decisions smooth and enjoyable for you.
5. transformation
Once we break ground, we keep you at the helm by providing weekly updates on the project as it develops. Through our client portal and a group text thread that is specific to your project, communication between you and the team is a breeze. Throughout the transformation process, a Living Spaces team member keeps everything moving smoothly. We maintain the integrity of your design through site visits, clear information and direction for our installation partners, and communication with all craftsmen whose work is making your dream landscape a reality. Our leadership in the installation process allows every one to focus on their domain, and gives you the assurance that it is all coming together beautifully.
6. final walk-through
An LSOD representative will meet with you onsite for a final review of the completed installation. We will ensure your satisfaction with the final product, answer any questions you may have, and arm you with the information necessary to care for your outdoor living space. With everything in proper order, the only items left on your to-do list will be to take a deep breath and enjoy the incredible space you have created.
