Custom Landscape Progress in Mars, PA

If you’ve been following along on social media (Facebook and Instagram) you might have noticed we’ve been posting weekly video updates on a rather significant project. Living Spaces started designing for this project back in June 2022 and now we are in the middle of Week 5 and it's all starting to really take shape! We expect this project to continue till the weather turns on us and then we will be back at it in Spring!

Including the home builder (Infinity Custom Homes), a total of five different contractors have been working hard to bring the landscaping portion of the project to fruition.

It has taken months of phone calls, zoom calls, and in-person meetings on site to be able to get this project ready to break ground. At one point there were 8 different layouts of the design, each with various specifications and details, so every contractor would have the correct information for planning and executing their portion.

All that planning may seem like a lot, but it has kept us on the same page with clarity, which has made orchestrating this project a lot of fun for all of us and the client. The latest update is the installation of the Techo Industria 2x2 slabs with Victorien Pavers in between. To create some contrast, the herringbone is styled in Blue 60 in nickeled grey with onyx black sailor course.

I’m so excited to be a part of this process and to continue working with all the contractors to make sure the installation goes smoothly. Watching a design come to life is always exciting, and despite working in the the landscaping industry for 20 years it never gets old. To think about it, I was only 16 when I started working at a local garden center and I remember thinking it was the most amazing job ever and I was going to spend the rest of my life helping people make their homes beautiful. That passion has never left me.

Make sure you're following up on Facebook and Instagram to keep up to date. You're not going to want to miss the completion of this stunning project!
